1. What is this site all about?

We are an online store specialising in modern baby (newborn to 6 years old) and maternity essentials.

2. Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely, Coos 'N' Cuddles maintain the highest industry standards for accepting payments. Your debit/credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process by our payment processors. We do not under any circumstances store any of your payment information.

3. Once an order is placed, how long does it take to process it?

Order processing can take between 1-2 business days.

4. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 2-5 business days, depending on your location.  And yes, we do free shipping

5. Can I make changes to my order?

If you'd like to request a change to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day and once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return your order up to 30 days after it arrives to you. If you would like to return all or some of your products, send us an email at support@coosncuddles.com.

7. My order didn't arrive within the published timeline, what should I do?

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, send us an email at support@coosncuddles.com with your order numberand we will help you out.
